**DAFFODILY Cutlery Set Limited Warranty and Care Policy**

**Limited Warranty:**

**1. Warranty Duration:** The DAFFODILY cutlery sets are protected by a limited warranty for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and workmanship issues.

**2. Covered Items:** This warranty pertains to defects in materials and craftsmanship of the stainless steel cutlery components. It excludes normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, improper maintenance, or damage resulting from non-compliance with care instructions.

**3. Warranty Claims:** If a covered defect arises, please contact our customer service within the warranty period. We may request proof of purchase to validate the claim.

**4. Resolution:** Upon confirmation of a covered defect, DAFFODILY will, at its discretion, either repair or replace the defective cutlery set or components. This warranty does not cover shipping or transportation costs associated with the warranty claim.

To ensure the enduring beauty and performance of your DAFFODILY cutlery set, please observe the following care instructions:

1. **Rinsing:** After each use, promptly rinse your cutlery under running water to prevent food residue from adhering.

2. **Dishwasher Use for Silver Stainless Steel Cutlery:** Our silver stainless steel cutlery, crafted from premium materials (18-10 and 18/8), is safe for dishwasher use. Place the cutlery in the dishwasher basket with handles facing downward to minimize contact marks.

3. **Detergent Dosage:** Adhere to the dishwasher detergent dosage recommended by the manufacturer to prevent excessive use or residue buildup.

4. **Immediate Removal:** Once the dishwasher cycle concludes, promptly open the dishwasher to prevent prolonged exposure to moisture.

5. **Drying:** Use a soft dishtowel to dry the cutlery and prevent water stains.

6. **Hand Washing for PVD Coated Coloured Cutlery:** For our PVD coated colored cutlery, we strongly recommend hand washing to preserve the vibrancy of colors and prevent potential damage.

7. **Separation:** Avoid washing colored cutlery with non-stainless items to prevent color transfer or rust.

**Exclusions:**

This limited warranty does not cover damages resulting from:

- Normal wear and tear
- Misuse or abuse
- Accidents or mishandling
- Non-compliance with care instructions
- Usage for purposes other than intended
